Add Links to the Anchors
Once you've got the anchors in your document, you're ready to add links to them. In my sample page, I have a table of contents already set up. To link these elements to the correct part of the page:
  1. Select the text you want linked
  2. Click on the "Point to file" link in the Properties menu
  3. Drag the arrow to the anchor you want to link to
  4. When you let go, the link will be created
  5. Repeat for all your headings and TOC elements
